Texas’ four levels of emergency readiness

The state has four levels of emergency readiness. In other words, the state’s regional authorities will activate a particular level based on the nature of the emergency. The highest level is Level I. Click on the image below to see how the state determined the level of emergency for the explosion in the city of West, which was activated as a Level II incident.
