Texas Lake Levels

So, I mapped out lake/reservoir levels across Texas. I knew for a while that West Texas was drier than East Texas. But I had no idea how dry.

The red/orangish dots on the map represent lakes that are 35 percent full and below.

At least two-thirds of the driest lakes are a few months (and even weeks) away from running out of water. (Mapped the data using info from the Texas Water Development Board.)
